This project explores the potential of the Household Labour Force Survey (HLFS) data base for analysis of labour market flows over periods of up to eight quarters and to increase understanding of the nature of those flows. It is an exercise to test the ability of the data and the matching methodology to provide useful results by concentrating on transition distributions and frequencies of changes of status.
