Background information
The Ministry of Health asked Allen and Clarke to investigate setting up a special support service for former sawmill workers who were exposed to pentachlorophenol (PCP). Following research and analysis, and consultation with former sawmill workers, a Final Recommendations Report and Summary Report were published.
